Please include the invoice, or include your email and order number to help us deal with your return quickly. Failing to do so will delay the exchange / refund process

Mention on your invoice / paper whether you want a exchange or refund

Full refund will be applied if shoes are in its original Brand New condition

Please don't damage the box
DO NOT put any return labels directly on the box, please use a packing bag

If we find the shoes have been worn, or the box is badly damaged, ie not in resellable condition, we will send the shoes back to you, or apply a charge to your refund

We understand the box can get dented or squashed during delivery and we will take this into consideration
